Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a motivated TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from simple to complex scenarios, while building a strong local client base.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, community engagement, and cross-selling related Intuit services. Candidates should be onsite, with 20+ hours weekly, and ready to wear uniforms and represent

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of services.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure a top customer experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing efforts to drive awareness.
