Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver expert tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, grow the local client base, and provide end-to-end service from intake to planning.

You will work onsite, 20+ hours per week, with training to upskill into richer advisory services. A strong customer focus and ability to engage the community are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Uniforms provided; marketing participation expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and tax guidance in person and via video tools.
