Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts for on-site roles in multiple locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services. As a community-facing role, you will grow the local client base, conduct workshops, and deliver end-to-end solutions with colleagues across tax, advisory, and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Ability to file complex tax returns for individuals and small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial needs and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and resources in person and virtually.
