Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work closely with a community-focused team to help clients navigate personal and business tax needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, expanding Intuit’s reach in the local market while leveraging marketing tools to attract new clients and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed tax professional with extensive tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Engage with the community through events and educational activities.
