Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform full-service tax returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while collaborating with a broader Intuit team for comprehensive financial solutions.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base, conduct in-person and virtual sessions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete required training and wear provided uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax advisory services.
• Deliver excellent in-person and virtual customer experiences.
