Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will cultivate a local client base, partner with community networks, and guide clients through a comprehensive financial picture using Intuit solutions.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear provided uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Own local growth through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions, building cross-sell opportunities (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
