Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location.

You will work collaboratively with a team of financial professionals, engage with local clients, and leverage Intuit resources to grow a loyal customer base. The role emphasizes community outreach, ongoing education, and the ability to connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll while maintaining a strong focus on personalized

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, with standard hours 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via IntelliTip marketing tools to maximize client outcomes.
