You will collaborate with a team of professionals across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for clients. This role emphasizes community presence and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Tax expertise with preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience with personal and business tax returns is valued.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Potential to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
