Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete tax preparation, and empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll drive local growth as a community ambassador, organize events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (federal and state) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Lead local outreach to grow a new customer base through grass‑roots marketing and partnerships.
• Organize local events (financial literacy workshops, pop‑ups, networking) to create engagement.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience with professional demeanor and empathy.
