Job summary

Intuit is seeking committed individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at various TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and personalized advice, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and maximize refunds.

You will act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base while connecting clients to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willingness to upskill into more services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
