Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, helping them navigate complex tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

As the local face of TurboTax, you will drive community engagement, organize workshops and events, and explore cross‑selling with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping,

Qualifications

EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
Active PTIN to file taxes required by law
Willingness to upskill into additional services with training provided
Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 8:00–5:00 local time, minimum 20 hours/week

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
Promote full Intuit ecosystem of solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.)
Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in person and via video tools
