Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service, and community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Work on-site providing full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the tax process.
• Engage with the local community to raise TurboTax brand awareness and loyalty.
