Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, guiding them through simple to complex tax scenarios and connecting them with broader Intuit services.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with the full Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite during standard hours (8am–5pm) for at least 20 hrs/wk.
• Must complete training and development as required by business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
