Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax assistance and personal service to clients.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow your local client base, and provide end-to-end TurboTax support from initial discovery to final filing and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA/Attorney credential and active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations is preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite work availability 20+ hours per week, primarily 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex personal and business tax situations and amendments.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
