Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts who will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You’ll connect clients with offerings across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and grow the local client base through outreach and community partnerships. You’ll work onsite 20+ hrs/week, assisting individuals and small businesses while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license or equivalent
• PTIN active and in good standing
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at TurboTax location

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for end-to-end service
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community partnerships
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and TurboTax policies during service delivery
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit video tools
