Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations nationwide. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships while representing Intuit with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client prepares for simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local market growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
