Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients optimize refunds while building a local customer base.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you’ll drive community engagement, host financial literacy events, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of financial services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Onsite in TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local market via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Partner with Intuit ecosystem to reference complementary services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience both in person and via video tools.
