Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a year‑round capacity across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, while actively building a local customer base and representing Intuit in community outreach efforts.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, business owner mindset, and collaboration with Intuit’s ecosystem to address clients’ holistic financial needs.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
