Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance, while expanding the local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists across Intuit services.

Successful candidates build trusted relationships, deliver personalized tax solutions, and participate in local community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert transactions into multi-year client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
