Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic professionals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will deliver hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and drive loyalty while offering guidance on personal and business tax matters. This role emphasizes onsite presence and comprehensive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite role with standard local business hours and training compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear financial guidance.
