Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at new TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering tax expertise, guidance, and software support to individuals and small businesses. You’ll be a trusted advisor, building relationships and delivering end-to-end service within Intuit’s ecosystem.

The role combines tax preparation, client outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear provided uniform and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Drive local growth by outreaching, networking, and partnerships to attract new clients.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax-related questions.
