Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation, advice and software support.

You will connect clients to the broader team of specialists and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a seamless end-to-end experience. The role emphasizes client relationships and community engagement, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040s filed per season with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with financial goals.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
