Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advisory services at on-site locations across the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, growth, and exemplary customer experience. Qualified candidates possess EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, 3+ years of returns

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office during standard business hours, part-time minimum 20 hrs/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with a customer-centric approach.
