You’ll work with a team, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help grow the local business while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualified candidates have EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years of returns, with willingness to engage communities.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 1040s filed per season, using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in person and virtually.
