Job summary

Intuit invites applications for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

This is a community-facing, full-service tax advisory position requiring on-site presence and strong customer relationships. Candidates with EA/CPA/Attorney credentials, active PTIN, and 3+ years of federal/state return

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience across onsite meetings.
