Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You’ll build a local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service in a friendly, professional setting.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN holder as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full-service support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear tax guidance.
