Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services, build local client relationships, and help grow the TurboTax client base through community outreach.

Responsibilities include delivering an end-to-end TurboTax experience, collaborating with specialists across Intuit, and guiding clients through complex tax scenarios while upholding a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold active tax credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms and branding may apply.
• Spanish as a plus for bilingual communication.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver a best-in-class experience.
