Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax site. You will engage clients in person and virtually, solving complex tax scenarios and guiding them through the Intuit ecosystem.

You will also grow the local client base, organize community engagements, and ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with Intuit’s mission to empower financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person and virtually.
