Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join one of its U.S. TurboTax locations. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, build local client relationships, and collaborate with a team of specialists for a complete financial picture.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and proactive community outreach. You will work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential peak-season scaling.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Three+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; advertising policy.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing a local customer base and organizing events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience by collaborating with product and service teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance in person and via video tools.
