Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and local entrepreneurship to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As an onsite tax professional, you will provide full-service tax preparation, educate clients on available Intuit services, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
