Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice, preparation, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow a local client base, collaborate with specialists, and drive end-to-end Intuit experiences while building relationships and contributing to community outreach. Training and uniforms are provided, with flexible hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products, and professional development
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - turn transactions into long-term relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service and year-round support with modern tools.
