Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to handle on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support, collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You’ll build a local client base, attend community events, and use TurboTax tools to drive client growth while providing top-tier service. Must reside in the United States and be comfortable working onsite with a flexible schedule during peak times.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax services.
• Coordinate with internal specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually, guiding clients to optimal solutions.
