Intuit seeks energetic Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll deliver full‑service tax preparation and personalized guidance while connecting clients to Intuit’s broader services.

The role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and a seamless end‑to‑end client experience. You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address complex scenarios and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and Credit Karma.
