Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, providing expert tax advice and full‑service tax preparation for personal and small‑business needs.

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver end‑to‑end services, expand the local client base, and leverage Intuit resources and marketing to grow your practice within the community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week; hours may vary during peak seasons.
• Willingness to complete required training and professional development; uniforms provided; marketing/personal branding support available.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for holistic solutions.
• Build long-term relationships, turning one-time engagements into ongoing client portfolios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
