Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax experts for on-site TurboTax Local Service roles nationwide.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and guidance, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with an extended team to address a customer’s complete financial picture. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and leverage Intuit resources to help clients reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
• Build relationships with customers to turn transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
