Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with clients face‑to‑face and virtually.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, collaborate with a network of specialists, and guide customers through complex tax scenarios, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience and year‑round support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn one-time transactions into year-round engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear guidance.
