Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and act as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs while representing Intuit’s mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World.

In this role you will conduct tax preparation for personal and small business scenarios, discover deductions, and guide clients through the full Intuit

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
Active PTIN required to file taxes
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230

Responsabilités

Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business taxes
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes
Grow local customer base through community outreach and events
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning
Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
