Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax advice and full-service preparation at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, helping them navigate personal and business tax needs while leveraging Intuit resources. As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit solutions, building lasting relationships and driving local growth within

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location with a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Grow local client base and drive community engagement and loyalty.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for end-to-end support.
• Build relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
