Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support software tools while helping clients understand their financial picture in person and virtually. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Act as a community ambassador; identify prospects and grow a local customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
