Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team, providing full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will be the connective tissue among clients and a broader team of specialists, covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. Your role includes community outreach to grow the client base and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with intuits ecosystem like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
• Build relationships with clients to create long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
