You will build relationships, deliver tax advice, and connect customers to Intuit services, while growing the local client base and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, training, and a business-owner mindset within a respected tax and financial ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and credentials such as EA or CPA preferred.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
