Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Tax Experts. You will provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and supporting broader Intuit services.

You will also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships. You will work in a collaborative, high-touch environment to understand each client’s full financial picture, including personal,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.
• Onsite role with 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and organize outreach events.
• Connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and CRM systems.
