Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts. You will prepare tax returns, advise on deductions, and connect clients with broader Intuit services.

You’ll build a local client base, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences in your community. You will work with a team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and participate in ongoing training to expand services like bookkeeping or payroll.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN for filing taxes as required by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Meet onsite with clients and collaborate with tax advisory teams.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and marketing resources in daily work.
