Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and consult with clients in local TurboTax locations. You will handle diverse personal and business tax scenarios and connect clients with Intuit specialists.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering a high-touch customer experience, and leveraging Intuit tools for end-to-end service. On-site hours follow standard business schedules; training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
