Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients in local TurboTax locations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses navigate federal and state tax laws while building lasting relationships within the community. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals, covering personal and business returns, deductions optimization, and year-round planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising use of your name.
• Interest in building local/community presence; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize taxes.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local customer base and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help with tax-related challenges.
