Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services while building local relationships and community trust. The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, ongoing training, and a local-market growth mindset, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with other Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Enrolled Agent (EA)

CPA license

Attorney (Practicing)

PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification)

Tax advisory experience

Onsite work readiness

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
