Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to prepare taxes, advise clients, and drive local growth at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end support and build long-term relationships in the community.

You will engage clients in personal and business tax scenarios, leverage marketing tools, and help customers achieve financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s TurboTax brand.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training and uniform requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support client financial goals.
