Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for a TurboTax Local Service Expert role at a local TurboTax location. You will provide on-site tax preparation, offer expert advice, and work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Responsibilities include client meetings, discovery sessions, and ongoing community outreach to grow the local client base while ensuring a seamless experience using Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds, with future planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
