Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing on-site tax prep and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem for year-round support.

You will work face-to-face with clients and leverage marketing support to grow a local client base while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
