Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized tax advice at a local TurboTax site.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through simple to complex tax situations and leveraging Intuit resources to optimize outcomes. This onsite role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting for new clients, and collaborating with a network of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Active professional credential (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and keep up with compliance.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms; use name/picture for ads.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
